Our Mission

We are now learning more and more about the detrimental mental and physical health implications that are directly linked with an inactive lifestyle, and poor quality nutrition. Our mission is to lead the way in the movement toward more active, and healthier lifestyles. We want to show everyone that we all have the ability to Join the Movement - the movement of our bodies, and the movement toward a happier, healthier, and fitter lifestyle for all.

Joining the movement and becoming a part of the FitBodies. community is about a lot more than getting a meal plan and a training program. Our goal is improving the overall quality of life - not only for ourselves, but for everyone around us as well. We want to create a community of people supporting, educating, and motivating each other - from those stepping into a gym for the first time, to those preparing to hit the stage for a bodybuilding competition - we are all in this together.

About Us

We believe in flexibility. Flexibility in your meal plan, flexibility in your exercise/training program, flexibility in your life. We teach lifestyle changes that last, for long-term sustainability. Flexible dieting is the dieting philosophy we teach - there are NO HARSH FOOD RESTRICTIONS, no "good" or "bad" foods. Life is unpredictable, and at times, hectic. If you have a fitness plan that forces you to arrange your life around timed meals, ridiculous restrictions, and a rigid exercise plan - as soon as your life gets busy you won't be able to stay on track, and you won't have the tools and knowledge to work through it.

That is where we come in, and work with you to navigate your fitness goals and fit them into YOUR LIFE, so that even at the busiest of times, you'll have the tools and support system to stay on track.
